I began building rods six years ago after taking a class at my local Cabela’s retail store.  I was hooked instantly and began building rods for myself and my friends.  After awhile, people started inquiring about my work, then my business just took off from there.  

I am married to my wife Ronda of 3 years and we are expecting our first child, and future future fishing buddy, in only a few months.  I have been a career fire fighter for 15 years, and the last 10 years have been with the Olathe, Kansas fire department.  I am a member of the IAFF Local 2542.
